You are invited to audition for THE LITTLE MERMAID, an original ballet inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s timeless tale. Created by Artistic Director Stephanie Rangel, with original choreography by Jamie Kilgore Foust and Stephanie Rangel in collaboration with the MCPA artistic staff, this production captures the beauty, heartache, and triumph of the mermaid who longs for more than the world she knows. Set to Beethoven’s only ballet score, The Little Mermaid blends exquisite dancing, stunning visuals, and an emotionally rich story that will enchant audiences of all ages. This is not based on the Disney version of The Little Mermaid. Lyric Theatre, Dec 5 - 7, 2025.

The Little Mermaid, presented by Magic City Performing Arts, at the Lyric Theatre, April 10 - 12, 2026.
